Spa Policy

The nature of our business is to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for all of our guests.  To ensure that Spa Bleu meets these needs, we ask that all cell phones are silenced and childcare arrangements must be made prior to any appointments.  Because we have a small studio and limited seating, we ask that you do not bring guests to your appointment. Thank you for understanding. 

Policy:

Reservations: We require a credit card on file in order to reserve an appointment. If scheduling with a gift card, a certificate number or 16-digit E-gift certificate number will be required to schedule.

•We will not charge a credit card or apply the gift certificate until service is completed.

In the event that one must cancel, please be courteous of our time. Giving us adequate notice will allow us to call clients who are waiting to come in. We appreciate it!

Late Cancellations: If you cancel the day of an appointment, 100% of the service will be charged.

We understand emergencies happen, but we require adequate notice - 1 business day for services under 1 hour, 2 business days for services over 1 hour.

•We only accept cancellations via phone and during business hours, as emails and messages may not be seen.)

•Canceling after hours for next day services will be considered a late cancellation.

NO SHOW: Certificates will be voided for a no show.

Multiple Services: We require a 50% deposit for services longer than 2 hours. This deposit will be due 2 days prior to services and will be non- refundable within the 48 hour time frame.

Late to an appointment: If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and full payment will be required.

Gift Certificates: We sell dollar amounts for any spa service listed on our website. The amount may only be used for skincare or skincare services. Please contact us for more information.

Expiration: Paper Gift Certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. No refunds.

All sales are final. No refunds.

Gratuities are not included in our service prices or gift certificates, but are graciously accepted.
